FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £150

We offer a free delivery service to North Cumbria, The Borders and North Northumbria with a minimum order over £150.00.

  • For orders under £150 please contact pippa@pswines.co.uk
  • Order cut-offs for same week delivery Monday 4.00 pm
  • We are a local business at this moment we do not offer a national delivery service.

COLLECTION SERVICE please email pippa@pswines.co.uk

We offer a collection service for all orders with a minimum order of one bottle.

  • You are more than welcome to collect your wine order from Box Clever, 64-65 Millbrook Rd, Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle CA3 0EU
  • Payment for wine orders are taken prior to collection.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY:

If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please give us details of a safe place or alternative address where we can leave your order. If your order is left somewhere at your request and subsequently goes missing, we regret that neither we nor our couriers can take responsibility.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have a particular request or deadline to meet, do let us know by sending an email to pippa@pswines.co.uk  and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please make sure we have your correct contact telephone number with your order.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

If you have special delivery requirements e.g. deliver to a neighbour if out, please add them to the delivery instructions during checkout and we will endeavour to fulfil them.

RETURNS

It is your responsibility to check the Goods on delivery to you. Any broken, damaged, missing or incorrect products should be:

Reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery note and/or the carrier’s electronic handheld device at the time of delivery; or, if that is not possible Reported to Pippa Sedgwick Wines by telephone or in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
We shall be entitled to reject any claim for broken or damaged products, incorrect quantities or incorrect products if you do not notify us of it as soon as reasonably possible and within 7 days after the day of delivery at the latest .
If any of the Goods are believed to be unsatisfactory, please retain them and let us know as soon as reasonably possible by telephone or in writing.
If we are satisfied that the Goods were unsatisfactory at the time of delivery, we will replace them.
If replacement is not reasonably possible, we will make an appropriate refund or credit to you.  We reserve the right to collect the relevant Goods at our own expense.
These Terms will apply to any replacement Goods we supply to you.

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and are correct at time of publishing.Vintages and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Pippa Sedgwick Wines shall not be held liable for any failure(s) to meet its obligations where the failure(s) are caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.E&OE
