Tasting Note: Rich aromas of peach, apricot and nectarine, hint of vanilla. The palate, fresh, with a ripe peach character, round and full partially due to 4- 6 months ageing in American oak, all balanced with good underlying mineral acidity that crisps up to a lengthy finish. Delicious!
